Luxury cars, that is, and I wish to share this fast-paced fascination with you through this blog. Welcome to KennethGorin.com, my friends. My dealership, THE COLLECTION, is South Florida’s leading purveyor of Audi, Porsche, Ferrari, Maserati, Aston Martin, Jaguar and McLaren vehicles, and prides itself on providing the best in the luxury automotive realm.
Hot on the heels of THE COLLECTION’s annual manager’s dinner at Cipriani Downtown Miami, came our annual sales awards dinner at The Biltmore Hotel. The dinner took place on February 25, at the iconic Coral Gables-based hotel, and you can think of it as our way of recognizing all the hard work our sales team puts forth 365-days a year to meet our showroom’s goals.
And we, as you can very well imagine, set the bar very high.
Did you know that Friday, March 7, 2014 is Employee Appreciation Day? While the sentiment behind this day is to reward one’s employees and to show them our appreciation, I feel it is just as important to value one’s employees on a day-to-day basis.
Secluded? Check. Swanky and tranquil? Check and Check. One of Miami’s most luxurious treasures is a just a ferry ride away on the idyllic private island of Fisher Island. So if you’re looking for a world of exceptional luxury and pleasures, look no further.
Last April in Shanghai, Maserati announced the Ghibli to the world. They showed a car that brings a new level of craftsmanship, elegance and excitement to the sedan category. And with the Ghibli also came the goal of selling 50,000 cars worldwide by 2015. To that end, Maserati debuted a massive first for the brand with a 90 second commercial during the Super Bowl.
When the Miami Dolphins aren’t playing, the best part of the Super Bowl is unarguably the commercials. These ads occupy prime television real estate, with 30 seconds of airtime during this year’s big game costing around $4 million. Therefore, companies are sure to pull out all the stops to come up with eye-catching pieces to ensure the 100-million-strong audience pays attention. Two ads to look out for during Super Bowl XLVIII? Jaguar and Audi.
Winston Churchill once said, “We make a living by what we get. We make a life by what we give.” In keeping with this inspiring lesson, contributing to the local community has always been the cornerstone of my own core values and THE COLLECTION. From the smiles on the faces of the children I see at our annual toy drives — to the happiness felt when we grant wishes to children in life-threatening situations — to knowing our hospitals are strengthened — philanthropy is a gift.

Detroit, Michigan: the heart of the American automotive industry and the fitting home of the North American International Auto Show. Two of our new favorite models unveiled in the past few days are perfect match for life down south, with us in Miami. The 2015 Audi Q3 is made for suburban and city dwellers on the go, and the Porsche 911 Targa features a refreshingly different roof concept allowing drivers to take advantage of Miami’s incredible weather. Unfortunately, that is something Michiganders won’t be able to partake in during the winter months.
Jaguar is on the prowl and heading in all-new direction.
